We have nothing to say, but full of disapoinnted and anger to Skytrax!!
Skytrax claimed that they are specialist Research Advisors to the air transport industry.
However, we think that they are actually rubbish!!!

I'd be interested to know which lounges share the 4-star ranking of the CX lounges (or what CX did to tick the Skytrax reviewer off ). IMO, the CX lounges at HKG are still fantastic, although I admit they do get very crowded before the midnight-ish flights to LHR. The reason why we are so angry is that they lowered the star ranking of Lounges of Cathay Pacific Airways (CX) with some unreasonable reason.
We will not change our attitude if the rubbish Skytrax is still like that.
